Boxing champion Tyson Fury launches legal case against UK anti-doping after drug use allegations World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has sued the UK Anti-doping agency after the agency alleged that he used a performance enhancing drug. According to the Sun UK, Fury, who defeated Wladmir Klitschko to become the world heavyweight champion - has lodged high court papers denying the the doping allegations, demanding answers over why he has been charged and also wants damages.   The UKAD report dates back to urine samples taken in February 2015 but released in June 2016 which showed traces of banned substance nandrolone — nine months before Tyson Fury’s title win over Wladmir Klitschko. Fury's lawyers are asking why it took over a year for urine sample results to be released given that a second test showed no traces of the anabolic steroid and that a blood test at the time was also negative. Michael Jackson's nephews suing Radar Online for saying the late post star molested them Michael Jackson's nephews, Taj, TJ and Taryll Jackson, part of the 90s boy band popularly known as 3T, just slapped Radar Online with a $100 million libel lawsuit, after the online tabloid reported that Michael Jackson molested young boys and that his nephews were among the victims. Radar also claimed the nephews had been given extravagant gifts by their late uncle and other relatives in the know, to buy their silence and that one of them was even kidnapped to keep him from making a statement against Michael Jackson to police. Photo: Two children who went missing in Lagos have been found Amarachi Amaechi (12yrs) and Roseline Ugo (9yrs) who left their home in Omole Estate on Wednesday 27th July and did not return, have been found. According to Family sources, Amarachi had been acting badly at home and in a bid to get her to change her ways, her family threatened to send her to the East where her mother stays. Amarachi did not like the idea and so she decided to run away from home with her cousin Roseline. Both of them were found at Valley estate in Lagos yesterday July 28th.

FG moves to investigate alleged budget padding by House of Reps members The Federal government is set to begin investigations into the allegations of budget padding leveled against the House Speaker Yakubu Dogara and three others by sacked Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin. Jibrin who was replaced by Dogara on July 20th, has released several statements accusing Dogara, Deputy Speaker Yusuf Lasun, Chief Whip Alhassan Doguwa and Minority Leader Leo Ogor; of introducing over N400 billion fictitious constituency projects into the 2016 budget. According to Vanguard, the presidency has instructed the Attorney General of the Federation to set up an investigation panel into the matter. ISIS fighters disguised as women captured while attempting to flee Manbij, Syria Islamic State fighters disguised as women were reportedly caught by opposition forces while attempting to flee Manbij, Syria. The men, dressed in full black veils, attempted to blend in with civilians fleeing the northern city, after coalition forces issued an order to leave Manbij within two days. Footage of the three men was published online by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Thursday, which consists of predominantly Kurdish fighter. The video shows the men sitting in front of the opposition fighters, with their faces still covered. They are then shown walking with their face veils removed, and eventually stripping down to their underwear. "You got to stay silent or play dead" says a Nigerian caught in mass shooting in Ohio,US, multiple casualties reported At least one person is reported dead and 15 wounded in a shooting at a bar in Hamilton, Ohio, on Sunday , according to local media. Police were dispatched to the bar at around 2am local time. The person killed was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released, as police are in the process of contacting his family members. Other victims have been taken to local hospitals.
