50yr old Janet Jackson and her visible baby bump spotted in London (photos) It was revealed months back that 50-year-old singer, Janet Jackson is pregnant with her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana. Exclusive photos obtained by ET shows Janet with her visible baby bump leaving London baby furniture store 'Back In Action' with a bag of products after a 45-minute visit. See more photos after the cut... "An eyewitness told ET that Jackson arrived at the store in a chauffeured black Mercedes along with her bodyguard, her assistant and two others from her entourage. Jackson was greeted by staff, who shut the doors for her visit and seated her at a table to seemingly go over some of their merchandise. She also strolled the store and took an interest in one of the prams."

Drunk Driving: Man crashes his car into a tree in Lagos state An unidentified man who drove on the streets of Lagos while drunk in the early hours of Saturday morning, crashed his car into a tree. According to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), their unit towed the damaged car to his house around 4am. More photos from the scene after the cut.

Photos: Two Boko Haram terrorists arrested in Maiduguri by CJTF confess to killing 35 people during the capture of Bama Two Boko Haram members were captured by CJTF in Maiduguri. The suspects confessed to having killed 35 people during the capture of Bama in 2014. The Islamist terror group seized Bama, the largest town in Borno State, after a fierce battle with the Nigerian Army. The Army initially repelled the attack but the group returned with reinforcements to seize the town. They travelled in armoured trucks and first took control of the military barracks. Soldiers and residents reportedly fled on foot, many of them walking all the way to Maiduguri, the state capital. The overall Forum Assistant Secretary of CJTF, Muazu Alhaji Misiya posted the photos today, September 11 and wrote: "Boko haram are dangerous see this two boko haram from nguro Soye under bama local government we arrest them in inside Maiduguri. When they capturing Bama they kill 35 people. ...

300L UNILORIN student who gained admission with WAEC papers he got through exam malpractice writes school asking to withdraw A 300 level sociology student of the University of Ilorin UNILORIN, Abolarin Akin Jephtaph, has written to his school management asking for his withdrawal. According to a letter he sent to his school management (a copy above), he came into the school with WAEC papers he got through examination malpractice and as a new born again christian, he cannot build his career on a faulty foundation. Widow goes on facebook to lay curses on Nollywood actor Frank Artus who she claims owes her money and has refused to pay This lady on Facebook who goes by the name Charity Janssen, released a video on her Facebook wall claiming that Nollywood actor, Frank Artus, is owing her money and has refused to pay her back. She cursed him and asked people to appeal to him to refund her money otherwise she will go to her village to work on him. See her video after the cut.

Photos: Unidentified baby boy found on the streets of GRA, Ikeja A male child was found on the streets of Harrold Shodipo, GRA, Ikeja at about 10am on September 4th by a kind‎- hearted citizen, who after looking around for the child's mother, handed him over to the police.  According to the LIB Reader who sent in photos of the child, efforts to find her so far has proved abortive. Presently, the child, who is about 10 months old based on his developmental milestone calculations. is at Police College Hospital, Ikeja. Anyone familiar with this child's family should kindly make efforts to contact the police with adequate proof. Another photo after the cut.

"There is killing everyday. I saw a man kill an innocent boy for no reason" Nigerian migrant Traumatized Nigerian migrant Lucky (Right) said he regularly witnessed many killing in Libya. The 20-year-old is one of more than 118,000 people to have made the perilous journey from Libya to Italy so far this year. Nearly 15,000 have been picked up off the coast of Libya since 28 August. "It was a nightmare, " said Lucky. If many people knew what was going on there, they would not dare come"  This year alone, almost 3,000 have perished or been lost at sea. With so many arriving so quickly, southern Italy is feeling the pressure. At the port of Pozzallo in Sicily, a naval ship arrived carrying 700 men, women and children rescued from the Mediterranean Sea. Barack Obama and Vladmir Putin meet privately to discuss Syrian ceasefire, talks end in disagreement At the G20 summit in Hangzhou, China, on Monday , US President Barack Obama and his Russian counterpart Vladmir Putin met privately to discuss plans on a military ceasefire in Syria, but the World's most powerful men refused to reach an agreement and talks ended without any resolution between both parties. A senior US official told CNN that the two leaders conversed on the sidelines for ninety minutes and worked to clarify gaps in negotiations over the Syrian crisis.    The pair discussed how to target ISIS more, limit Civilian damage and also discussed Ukraine and Russia's cyber intrusions as international pressure mounts on both sides to end the bloodshed between U.S.-backed rebels and Syria’s Russian-aligned regime. The US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov previously held talks to pursue a Syria cease...
